Hatha yoga is a series of creative movements and postures, called asanas, designed to
integrate the mind and body.  When practiced regularly, some benefits of hatha yoga are:

*  a heightened concentration and increased body awareness.
*  grace and flexibility of movement
*  release of muscular tension and stress
*  firmer and stronger muscles
*  a greater sense of well-being

Yoga is non-competitive.  You don't have to be '"in shape," young or flexible to learn yoga.  
Success is achieved with dedication, patience and time.  Yoga is for everyone!
